Thank you for your interest in vending at the Blackwater Music Festival, to be held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL.
Vending Fees
- Arts & Craft/Merchandise Vendor 10x10 + 2 staff tickets $450
- Arts & Craft/Merchandise Vendor 10x20 + 3 staff tickets $750
- Food Vendor Deposit returned to you at settlement against your 25%. $1000 deposit
Please download and complete the preliminary Vendor Application and send it to sosmpvending@hotmail.com to be considered as a vendor. If you are selected, you will receive a vendor contract that will be due along with fees and proof of insurance.
The deadline for accepting preliminary applications is August 5th. Selection will be made at that time and contracts will be sent to those selected. All contractual paperwork, proof of insurance and fees will be due by August 22nd.
